Terms of Service
Effective date: July 8, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using ACM Platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
ACM Platform provides appointment-scheduling tools that can integrate with your Google Calendar to help you and your customers book and manage appointments.
3. Accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Google integration
Connecting your Google Calendar is optional and requires your explicit authorization through Google. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's own terms and policies. You may revoke the Service's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page. Our handling of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
- Attempt to access data belonging to other users without authorization.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Advanced Cash Management and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Advanced Cash Management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
10. Changes to these terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
