Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 8, 2026
Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Advanced Cash Management ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use ACM Platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or connecting your Google Calendar, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information you provide, such as your name, email address, and a securely hashed password.
- Google account data you authorize us to access when you connect your Google Calendar (described in detail below).
- Technical data such as log information used to operate and secure the Service.
Google Calendar access
When you choose to connect your Google Calendar, you grant ACM Platform access through Google OAuth using the following scopes:
- google.com/auth/calendar.events — to view and to create or update appointment events on your calendar.
- google.com/auth/calendar.freebusy — to check your free/busy availability so that appointments are booked only in open time slots.
How we use Google user data
We use this access solely to schedule and manage the appointments that you or your customers book through the Service. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
What we store
We store only the OAuth refresh token required to maintain the connection to your Google Calendar, and it is kept encrypted. We do not store the contents of your calendar events — such as event titles, descriptions, or attendees — in our systems. Calendar and availability information is accessed in real time to perform the action you requested and is not retained by us.
Limited Use disclosure
ACM Platform's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can read that policy at developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy.
Sharing and third parties
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We rely on trusted service providers to operate the Service — including cloud hosting, database, and email delivery providers — who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information if required to do so by law.
Data retention and revoking access
We retain the encrypted refresh token only while your Google Calendar remains connected. You can revoke the Service's access at any time from your Google Account permissions page at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When you disconnect your calendar or delete your account, we delete the stored token. To request deletion of your account data, contact us at support@advancedcashmanagement.com.
Security
We protect information using encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and industry-standard safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at support@advancedcashmanagement.com to exercise these rights.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new effective date at the top of this page, and we will notify you of material changes where appropriate.
